The university of waterloo is one of the best public research university which has its main campus at waterloo, Ontario, Canada, a country in the northern part of North America. the world’s second-largest country by total area. The university was founded on 1 July 1957 named as the waterloo college associates faculties, It was established to fill the need to train engineers and technicians for Canada’s growing postwar economy. It grew substantially over the next decade.

However, in the year 1960, the faculty of Optometry of Ontario was added, which is currently now known as the School of Optometry and Vision Science, which is one of the professional schools at the University of Waterloo.
